Operations - Operations consists of Shift Supervisors, Plant Operators, & Fuel Handlers - listed in order of seniority.
Maintenance - Keep complex equipment running 24/7. Mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation roles with opportunities for specialization.
Fuel Manager - Coordinate wood supply, work with fuel suppliers, ensure consistent fuel quality, and availability.
Administrative/Management - Support operations through HR, accounting, plant management, and more.
